Harbors

In response to rakkity's crotchety comment: those hidden bays and forlorn islands are still there, we just hid from them. The outside was grey, cold and windy. I know, in our youth... .

The ocean always breaths peace into me. It's power, so enourmous and so present, reminds me that there is very little I can fix and that that is ok. Oh that I had a forlorn bay, gray or not, just a little closer!

Ahh..a fresh breeze from Maine! Thanks for the picture. Even with the wires, it's a pleasant view.
And it's not as grey as Maryland--we've seen the sun only twice since Christmas (which makes me crotchety). And your Maine view is better than most of those Beth and I have had in Portland, Camden and Vinalhaven, where the islands were only ghosts in the mists.
