“ 'Sugar.' You like that, don’t you?’
“You mean Jeff and Karen?”
“Hey, Sugar.”
“It’s a southern thing, isn’t it?”
“I guess so.”
“We say, 'hon.' Maybe they think hon is quaint.”
“We do say that, don’t we?”
“Often. You use it all the time.”
“Except when I say it, I’m thinking h-u-n.”
