ooh...Botswana! Incidentally, Laura (my friend who hiked the Appalachian Trail over the summer) arrived safely in Vrysburg, RSA over the weekend.
And what are those ridiculous yellow thingies on the bathers' heads?

Michael -- excerpting is such a powerful process, isn't it? Especially when you're then kind enough to show us the "full" version (itself an excerption).
Posted by adam.I liked the excerpt of Birdbrain's photo because that part wasn't revealed until the larger view was fully loaded. I guess faster connections would lose that drama.
